My approach

I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my work. I have also learned useful skills from the schools of psychodynamic therapy and CBT as well. My work is best summarized as working to identify the purpose of the mind's actions and when it may be acting as a misguided helper. We will work to change your relationship with your mind and toward the relationship you want to have with it. Currently, I am only able to offer online services.
